Technical Features:
White Sand Powder can flow without abstraction because the machine having Two Nos Screen Filters. The eye piece fixed by the quick acting clamp is easy to change. The Air Blast Nozzle sleeve can be changed without tools. The siphon matched with the Air Mixing type can make the White Sand Powder Flows more smoothly. In addition, the feature also includes the dust proof universal air operated cleaning gun and the dust-proof daylight lighting equipment.
Process Control : The entire process of Mould Cleaning from mould loading into the chamber. Locking of front door, switch "ON" the supply to Panel then daylight lighting equipment, Vibro Motor and Suction Blower Motor. Start the automatically recycled sand material by pneumatic operated foot valve with injection control, pressure adjustment by carbide nozzle then clean the mould.
